How much do you charge for home watching services?
Prices start at $30-$35 per weekly inspection. You'll find our prices to be quite a value. Please see our Home Watch Services page for complete pricing.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks.
How often do you inspect my home?
Weekly or bi-weekly.
How do I know you've inspected my home?
We'll provide a Status Report via email after every visit.
Do you refer service providers such as landscapers, pool cleaners, and pest control services?
Absolutely. We can provide a list of competitively priced and reliable vendors including electricians, plumbers, pest control companies, handymen, window cleaners, and power washing services.
Can you give my plumber access to my home?
With your approval, we'll make arrangements to let them in and secure your home after they leave. Please see Contractor Oversight Services for more details.
What if there’s an unforeseen problem like a leaky roof or a busted pipe?
Don’t worry. We will notify you immediately and can provide you with an estimate to repair any damage or clean-up. Also, we'll notify your HOA if necessary.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes.
A neighbor looks after my home. Why do I need Hawk Watch?
We're at your home on a regular basis - not just when it's convenient..... and if a burglary occurs, a water pipe breaks, or pests invade your home we’ll be "on it" right away. The potential damage from unforeseen incidents can be significantly minimized when you use a home watch service as we have the contacts and expertise to solve problems quickly.

What if I’m out of state? How will you get my keys?
Contact us and we'll provide a prepaid envelope for mailing your keys to us.

La Quinta, Indio, Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, and Bermuda Dunes.
Inspection Report
You'll receive a report after every visit with a brief overview of your home's condition. If there are issues, you'll receive a phone call or will be sent an email with photos that outline the problem. After reviewing the situation with you, Hawk Watch will follow-up with a recommended course of action.
